It is our mission to make sure you are happy with your purchase, whether it be the next must-have bag or a funky piece of jewelry, we want you to love it.  If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase we would appreciate if you would return or exchange it within 21 days of your invoice.  This time-frame allows us to be the best in carrying the latest and most current designer handbags and accessories.  Returns and exchanges are accepted on merchandise that is in perfect condition and that has not been used.  All tags and packaging must be attached and included.  Shipping charges are non-refundable on returns or exchanges.

Sale Items:  All SALES FINAL ON ALL SALE MERCHANDISE.  NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES ON ITEMS THAT ARE MARKED DOWN FROM ORIGINAL PRICE.

Promo Code Sale:  Items already reduced in price and on sale that receive a second discount with a promotional code are returnable for store credit or exchange within 21 days.

Special Orders:  Items that we specially order for you, from the designer, are returnable for store credit or exchange within 21 days.  Shipping fees will apply to special ordered items. 

To Return or Exchange: 

Please ship your item(s) that you have not used, back to us, with original tags and packaging to:

Once we receive your return, your account will be credited within 15 business days.

To Exchange: Please write on your invoice what you would like to exchange for and we will be happy to make the switch.  We will notify you by email that we have received your return and the status of your exchange.  The exchange depends on availability of the item.  You may contact us to reserve the item you want to exchange for by emailing returns@jcmadison.com or calling 1.877.475.7018. 

Defective or Damaged merchandise:  If you find that your item arrives to you and is damaged, please notify us within 5 days. 

If, during use, your item has a defect or becomes damaged in some way, due to a defect, we will do our best to repair or, if necessary, exchange the item (this is due to the designer's discretion and decision).  Items that become damaged due to normal use are not guaranteed.  Please call or email us to determine the right course of action.  Our handbag designers will repair items up to 1 year after purchase.  Jewelry can be repaired up to 3 months.  Fees may apply.
